Real estate developer Numax Realcon Consortium is gearing up to develop an integrated township in Uttar Pradesh's Muzaffarnagar, after approval from the Muzaffarnagar Development Authority. The Delhi-based company will invest Rs 1,000 crore in the project, marking a major investment in the real estate sector in the region.
Nomax has received a license to develop a 77-acre township in Muzaffarnagar, compliant with RERA. Norms. The license allows the construction of villas, commercial complexes, schools, and police stations within the municipality. This is part of Muzaffarnagar's rapid development, which includes efforts to improve connectivity with neighboring towns through expressways and fast rail systems.
The Nomax Railcon consortium, headed by Sunil Goel, is developing a new town. Close to the Delhi-Dehradun Expressway in Muzaffarnagar, Uttar Pradesh, it is expected to provide employment to more than 1,000 people. The project's strategic location indicates the potential for significant growth and development. This follows Nomax's success in delivering world-class townships in Bhiwadi, Indore, Jaipur and Vrindavan over the past 20 years.
