M3M India has over 50 projects, including 30 million sq ft of completed space in Gurugram itself.

In the current financial year, M3M India has completed two residential projects - M3M Heights and M3M Flora68, and one commercial project - M3M Skylofts - comprising approximately 2.5 million sq ft of space with a construction cost of Rs 1,250 crore. . M3M Heights is a 2BHK and 3BHK ultra-luxury residential project located in Sector-65, with a total of 1244 units. M3M Flora68 is also a very luxurious residential project in Sector-68 with 114 units of 2BHK, 3BHK and 4BHK. Incidentally, M3M Heights is Gurugram's first mixed-use development project and also the first project to get RERA approval in 2017. Located in Sector-71 and adjacent to the 8-lane Southern Peripheral Road (SPR), M3M Skylofts is one of the friendly double-height projects with 270 studio apartments.
In the second half of FY24, it will deliver three more projects - M3M Atrium57, M3M Solitude and M3M Lofts74, covering an area of approximately 4.0 million sq ft and a construction cost of Rs 2,000 crore.
In the last fiscal year, M3M India launched a series of new commercial and residential projects, including the M3M Capital residential project and a kilometer-wide commercial project, M3M Capital Walk, both on the Dwarka Expressway as part of the airport vision. of Delhi smart city. It also launched retail projects M3M Jewel on MG Road, right at IFFCO Chowk in Gurugram, and M3M Route65 on Golf Course Extension Road. The combined turnover of these projects was approximately Rs. 7,650 crores.
Overall, the ongoing M3M projects create between 14 and 15,000 employment opportunities at different levels. The well-being of on-site employees is also of utmost importance and is taken care of by the company's philanthropic arm: the M3M Foundation. The M3M Foundation reaches approximately 500,000 beneficiaries with structured programs in education, nutrition, health and hygiene, care of the elderly, support and scholarships for athletes, training of rural youth for paid employment and empowerment of women.
