ASBL achieved a milestone in the first month of launching its new project, ASBL Loft, by securing firm bookings worth Rs 500 crore. The design and layout of the project are inspired by the success of mixed-use developments typically seen in cities such as Barcelona, Singapore and New York. The project's design emphasizes walkability and social interactivity, with the layout developed so that essential "practical luxury" amenities are within 100 steps of each apartment.
The combination of luxury and functionality has struck a chord with discerning homebuyers looking for 3BHKs, with concepts like room-sized open-air balconies, great arrival experience, guest experience, etc.
ASBL Loft's pre-EMI offer eases the financial burden of homebuyers. Under this agreement, during the Loft construction phase, clients will receive monthly interest on their mortgage loan, repaid to a special financial institution.
In a collaborative study with Kantar, ASBL found that key modern lifestyle needs can be broken down into a few factors: home space, lifestyle, work-friendly communities and access to childcare facilities.
Ajitesh Korupulu, Founder and CEO, ASBL, said: “The sales success of ASBL Loft underlines the effectiveness of a customer-centric design approach. “It reinforces the importance of asking relevant questions and tailoring spaces and services to the specific lifestyle needs of our audience, a principle we hold dear at the nonprofit.”
ASBL Loft's sales office at Sheraton Hotel is bustling with footfall as customers look to make the most of the current price of Rs 8,499 per sq ft before prices increase from November 1, 2023.
