Real estate firm ASBL has launched its latest LOFT project, a high-rise residential community, to address the lifestyle issues of modern homebuyers. It has 3BHK units with balconies for outdoor living and is spread over 4.92 hectares in the financial district. Construction will be completed in December 2026, a relatively faster completion period made possible by Inncircles Arena, its digital twin technology that significantly streamlines the construction process. The project offers a range of premium services, such as access to childcare, fitness and wellness, and work-from-home facility for residential communities, making it easier for residents to balance their work and family lives.
ASBL LOFT has been carefully designed after extensive research into customers lifestyle requirements, with the help of global research firm Kantar. The carefully selected nursery covers an area of 22,000 square meters (including a 5,000 square meter nursery). Various fitness facilities span over 30,000 square meters, including a gymnasium, gymnastics hall and badminton courts. Additionally, Loft also houses a WFH-friendly co-working space (5,500 square meters). Each LOFT apartment features a room-sized balcony that incorporates the principles of biophilic design, a philosophy that focuses on the combination of nature and architecture.
Commenting on the launch, Ajitesh Korupulu, Founder and CEO, ASBL, said, Customer preferences have changed significantly over the last few years. Our research has highlighted some of the wider issues facing residents today. It made us understand that childcare, fitness, work-life balance and reconnecting with nature are pressing issues of the modern lifestyle, in which the home can play an important role. ASBL LOFT addresses the pain points of modern home buyers comprehensively.
Based on in-depth research conducted with Kantar to get closer to the needs of today's homebuyer, ASBL Loft has been carefully designed to satisfy five critical lifestyle aspects. It embraces biophilic design, with room-sized balconies. Decorated with vertical landscaping, these spaces provide a unique connection with nature, reducing stress and improving overall well-being. The project adds a touch of luxury and features the largest living rooms in its segment with impressive floor-to-ceiling heights of 3.50 metres.
ASBL Lofts urban corridors on the ground floor of each tower are dedicated to a variety of convenience-based amenities. From daycares and grocery stores to pharmacies and co-working spaces, these corridors are redefining convenience. Additionally, wider paths paved with EPDM encourage outdoor activities and social interaction.
ASBL research has shown that wellness is an active daily activity. Loft offers residents access to a versatile fitness center designed for a variety of exercise regimens, from gymnastics and strength training to yoga and aerobics. This wide range of options ensures that workouts remain engaging and residents stay motivated to achieve their fitness goals.
VZW Loft recognizes the changing dynamics of work and life. The project features a spacious coworking space, complete with 24/7 power backup, high-speed FiberNet connectivity, and adaptable furniture. This setup creates an ideal professional environment within the community, in line with the growing trend of remote work.
For many working parents, balancing career obligations and parenthood is a challenge. ASBL Lofts innovative nursery meets this need by offering flexible opening hours and staying open until 8pm. Designed with the expertise of leading child psychologists, the nursery offers indoor educational spaces and outdoor play structures, ensuring the all-round development of children while alleviating the stress faced by working parents.
These thoughtful design elements reflect ASBLs commitment to understanding and meeting the evolving needs of modern homebuyers, setting a new benchmark for premium homes in India.
In a short period of time, ASBL has successfully planned the construction of more than 10 million square feet of residential development.
