Real estate firm ASBL has launched its latest LOFT project, a high-rise residential community, to address the lifestyle issues of modern homebuyers. It has 3BHK units with balconies for outdoor living and is spread over 4.92 hectares in the financial district. Construction will be completed in December 2026, a relatively faster completion period made possible by Inncircles Arena, its digital twin technology that significantly streamlines the construction process. The project offers a range of premium services, such as access to childcare, fitness and wellness, and work-from-home facility for residential communities, making it easier for residents to balance their work and family lives.
ASBL LOFT has been carefully designed after extensive research into customers lifestyle requirements, with the help of global research firm Kantar. The carefully selected nursery covers an area of 22,000 square meters (including a 5,000 square meter nursery). Various fitness facilities span over 30,000 square meters, including a gymnasium, gymnastics hall and badminton courts. Additionally, Loft also houses a WFH-friendly co-working space (5,500 square meters). Each LOFT apartment features a room-sized balcony that incorporates the principles of biophilic design, a philosophy that focuses on the combination of nature and architecture.

Based on in-depth research conducted with Kantar to get closer to the needs of today's homebuyer, ASBL Loft has been carefully designed to satisfy five critical lifestyle aspects. It embraces biophilic design, with room-sized balconies. Decorated with vertical landscaping, these spaces provide a unique connection with nature, reducing stress and improving overall well-being. The project adds a touch of luxury and features the largest living rooms in its segment with impressive floor-to-ceiling heights of 3.50 metres.
ASBL Lofts urban corridors on the ground floor of each tower are dedicated to a variety of convenience-based amenities. From daycares and grocery stores to pharmacies and co-working spaces, these corridors are redefining convenience. Additionally, wider paths paved with EPDM encourage outdoor activities and social interaction.
