Solar Power Plant Tender Released by JVVNL in Hanumangarh

JODHPUR VIDYUT VITRAN NIGAM LTD. has issued a tender for the design, research, supply, installation, testing, commissioning, operation and maintenance for 25 years (unless extended by both parties by mutual agreement) of COD of grid-connected solar power plants via RESCO mode, the corresponding 33kV OR, 11kV line to connect the installation to various 33/11kV substations and RMS of solar power plants in DIFFERENT subdivisions of HANUMANGARH Division Under HANUMANGARH Circle- Under PM-KUSUM.

Execution of the land lease applicable for 26 years, including 9 months project commissioning period (unless extended by both parties by mutual agreement) between landowner/farmer and solar power plant developer on non-judicial stamp of applicable value for Rajasthan State and development of the land for the solar project; (Note: In the event of a dispute between the landowner/farmer and the bidder/developer of solar power plants, JDVVNL does NOT take any responsibility for any dispute resolution or in any kind of discussions). Design, supply and installation of solar power plants near discom's respective 33/11 kV substation, in accordance with the requirements of the MNRE guidelines; Delivery and assembly of the corresponding 33 kV OR, 11 kV line (as applicable) connecting the solar power plant to the respective 33/11 kV substation (including bay, breakers and Detailed site survey; Testing and commissioning of installation & associated 33kV OR, 11kV line (as applicable) by designated official(s) of JDVVNL Construction of control room or any other relative civilian work (at the end of the plant) essential for the commissioning of the project.

Operation and maintenance of the solar power plant and the 33kV / 11kV line (as the case may be) for 25 years (unless extended by both parties by mutual agreement) of COD.

Injection of electricity at the point of supply for 25 years at the allocated levelled rate (Rs. per kWh) (including applicable taxes incl. GST, duties, etc.), renewable by mutual agreement.

Both paper submission and online submission of scanned copies of the above documents is essential, otherwise the bid (technical bid and financial bid) will not be opened in electronic form for that bidder.

The tender aims to complete electrical works worth Rs. 4,45,62,00,000 cr in 270 days. According to the tender, the validity of the bid is 90 days and it is an open bidding process. The bidding period began on 17 July 2023 and ends on 16 August 2023.
