The Rail Land Development Authority (RLDA) has invited bids for residential development in Sewa Nagar and Lodhi Colony. The entire land area is divided into three parts- Part A and Part B of Sewa Nagar and Lodhi Colony. The total land area is 43,345 m², of which 16,058 m² will be leased for residential development for a period of 99 years. The remaining land in Sewa Nagar part B will be used for the redevelopment of the existing railway colony.
Part A (Sewa Nagar) and Lodhi Colony will be offered to the developer for commercial development, it added. The reserve price for the site is Rs 355 crore. The deadline for submitting the e-bid is June 23.
RLDA Vice-Chairman Ved Parkash Dudeja said: "Prime areas such as Lodhi Colony, Chanakyapuri Diplomatic Enclave and Golf Links are among the most sought after locations in the city. These areas are not only prestigious, but also represent the cultural and economic vitality of our city. The continued growth and development of these top areas serve as a shining example of the city's progress and prosperity."
