Construction company Capacit'e Infraprojects has been awarded a contract worth Rs 203 crores from Ashar enterprises. The contract concerns the construction of the residential project Ashar Pulse, a 60-storey tower in Thane. Rahul Katyal, MD, Capacit'e, said, "Ashar Ventures has entrusted us to execute their 60-story super high-rise project - Ashar pulse at Thane. We are confident that we will complete the project within the timelines and to the satisfaction of can deliver to the customer.”
Earlier, the company had been awarded a contract worth Rs 695 crore from Saifee Burhani Trust for the construction of core and structural works in Sector 4 of the SBUT project at Ward C in Mumbai. Before that, it secured an order worth Rs 117.20 crore from DLF for the construction of a shopping mall in Goa.
Meanwhile, the company had reported a 15% increase in its consolidated net profit to Rs 22 crore during the September 2022 quarter on higher revenues.
