Hyderabad : Hyderabad-based My Home Constructions, a real estate (residential and commercial) company, which has completed its 35 years of operations, is taking up a massive investment of Rs 40,000 crore in projects to be executed in Kokapet and Tellapur, Hyderabad adding about 40 million sq ft of real estate space over the next five years.
The company is likely to invest about Rs 25,000 crore in an integrated township in Tellapur spread over 250 acres while an integrated IT hub will be set up at Kokapet in about 80 acres with an investment of about Rs 15,000 crore. It believes Kokapet and Tellapur are Hyderabad’s next most coveted commercial and residential destinations.
The commercial project at Kokapet will be among the largest office spaces in Asia with over 27 million square feet of space. This is being constructed using eco-friendly precast construction technology. At Tellapur, the company’s projects- My Home Ankura (first villa project) and My Home Tridasa (premium lifestyle apartments) will include educational, retail, and entertainment facilities making it a holistic living experience.
The company, which has delivered 27 million square feet so far, is aiming to deliver eight million square feet, which is under various stages of construction, by the end of this year. The company, founded by Dr Rameswar Rao Jupally, now employs over 10,000 people with over 25 projects covering nearly 35 million square feet, having delivered homes to 10,000 customers. The company also has plans to create a sustainable city in Shamshabad.
Dr Rameswar Rao Jupally, chairman of My Home Group is bringing in a lot of technology into its next commercial projects, be it using BIM till 6D level, pioneering use of precast construction, central district cooling system etc. It has fast-tracked the introduction of unique digital solutions – virtual viewing (3D Home visualisation) and buying homes online. Home buyers can now avail the above digital solutions for My Home Tridasa at Tellapur.
Last year, My Home Constructions closed with sales of more than 4.5 million sq ft and Rs 3,200 crore revenues.
